Constantin Brancusi was born on February 19, 1876 in Hobita, Romania.
Brancusi went to art school at Ecole des Beaux-Arts.
Brancusi was part of the following art movement: Modernism
Constantin Brancusi’s most famous artwork is the Bird in Space created in 1924.
Three interesting facts about Constantin Brancusi:
1. As a child, Brancusi had a great talent for wood carving.
2. Brancusi worked in the workshop of August Rodin.
3. The Philadelphia Museum of art has the most prolific collection of Brancusi sculpture and artwork.
Constantin Brancusi died on March 16, 1957 in Paris, France.
