Jacqueline Cassidy is an artist, business woman and Art Educator. Jacqueline is the founder, creator and spirit behind The Primary Kids®. Jacqueline, an Elementary School & Middle School Art teacher, founded The Primary Kids® in 2009.
Along with being a full time teacher, Jacqueline is currently a Board member of Collab at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, on the Board of the The Fourth Grade Project, the former Chairperson of the Executive Board of the Young Friends of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, a former Board of Trustees member of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America’s Philadelphia Chapter, a frequent presenter at the National Art Education Association’s national conference and a presenter at the Pennsylvania Art Education Association’s annual conference.
Before her career as an art educator and founder of The Primary Kids, Jacqueline was a successful Interior Designer in the Philadelphia area for a Fortune 500 company.
Jacqueline earned a Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a PA State Art Teacher Certification from Rosemont College, a Graduate Certificate in Business from Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Marywood University.
